
The Global Ambassador of World Protected Areas and Natural Parks has being invited for a working visit in the Republic of Moldova in order to supervise the legislative initiatives destined to ensure a better conservation and also the betterment of the accessibility to the protected areas in the East European country. Availing to the opportunity the Global Ambassador, Professor Dr. Anton Caragea announced that he will attend this year high-level celebration of 2020 World Tourism Day.

The President of global tourism institutions (European Council on Tourism and Trade and European Tourism Academy) Prof.dr. Anton Caragea had also unveiled the official poster for WORLD TOURISM 2020 highlighting the role of tourism in promoting international cooperation, fostering goodwill amongst nations and peoples.
Djibouti and Addis Ababa were selected as the host cities and nations for the celebration of World Tourism Day 2020 on the theme ‘Tourism: Building Peace! Fostering Knowledge!
Celebrated every September 27 around the world, the purpose of World Tourism Day at the European Council on Tourism and Trade is to foster awareness among the international community on the importance of tourism and its social, cultural, political and economic value.
